Athena Urgent: 2/24/11	Breed: Black Lab/Chow {mix}
	Age/Sex: 12 yrs/Female
	FREE TO GOOD HOME. This is a 12 year old female Black Lab named Athena. We have had her since she was 6 weeks old. The only noticeable Chow is the black spot on the tongue. She is very sweet and is good with children. She would be great for an elderly person. Due to her age she is not very active but she is in good health. Athena had a physical last December. Her only medical problem is she is deaf. She is an indoor dog and likes a pet door so she can go in and out as she pleases. My wife passed away 1 year ago and I am raising a 13 year old grandson and will soon have a 5 year old grandson to as well. I have to move and will not able to take Athena. I need to find a good home for her by March 15 or I will have to place her in an animal shelter. The rescue shelters I have called don't have any room for her. . Athena is in Temple, GA
