Hello. I have a 19
week old pit bull puppy who is deaf. I would like to
get him into a deaf dog rescue
because I dont have any experience with dogs who
are hearing impaired. I rescued Avalanche when he was 6-8 weeks old with
another puppy. He was pretty sick. He had to have surgery at 9 weeks old
for having foreign bodies blocking his stomach. We found screws, pennies, a key cover,
and rocks in his belly and intestines. We also neutered him at this time. He
has made a full recovery and is turning to be a great little guy. He is all white, with the
typical one blue, one brown eye. He has been around kids and other dogs his whole
life. He has also been around cats. He is microchipped and up
to date on vaccines and dewormings. If anybody can help out with this
guy or has references or trainers for me to use I would greatly appreciate it. I want him to have the best chance possible at
adoption and living a normal life. Im going to attach
his pic and one of his xrays before surgery. I am willing to travel and possibly pay for transport if needed.
