male English Setter mix. Poor Butler is deaf and doesn't seem to have known
any kindness in his life. This dog is currently under the care of Pulaski
County Animal Control. ***The dogs listed in this album are
residents of the Pulaski County Animal Shelter and are under the
care of Pulaski County Animal Control (PCAC), which is unfortunately NOT a no-kill
