Chloe is deaf, but that doesn't stop her from enjoying life to the fullest!
She gets along great with other dogs and has lots of happy energy. Chloe is
looking for an adopter who is committed to continuing Chloe's education and
ensuring that she becomes a wonderful ambassador for deaf dogs. She is eager
to please and always wears a happy smile on her face. Chloe would like to
find her furrever home. She has survived a very
neglectful past. This girl doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She is very
