He is NOT sick but his neuter surgery may be more complicated than normal. There is a lot of information on the web to help both the humans and the dog learn to live with the dog's hearing impairment....tell your dog to get on the web and check it out. You might want to learn about hearing disabilities by fostering through a local Rescue. PACC is getting hearing and/or sight impaired dogs in more frequently and more experienced fosters are needed.
