Gabe,
a deaf Pitbull guy, was found wandering around in
bad area in Atlanta. When he didn’t respond in any way to spoken words or whistles,
the fellow who found him figured he was deaf. Fearing for Gabe’s safety, the
man put him in his work garage for a few days, and when a family member told
him about Deaf Paws Haven, he called us. Gabe is about 5 years old, neutered,
heartworm negative, and up to date on vetting. Gabe is VERY HAPPY dog, not at
all aggressive. He has a nonstop wagging tail when around humans. He would
love to go walking, running, or hiking with you. He loves to play with other
dogs too, as long as they don’t try to bully him. He has a split in his ear
and an injured front leg that doesn’t seem to bother him. We think, from his
injuries and where he was found, that he may have been used as a bait dog,
luckily he escaped. If you think he is a perfect candidate for your home,
