Pennie is a beautiful 1 year old Lab/Pit mix that was pulled
from a City shelter by Special Needs K9 Rescue. Although Pennie is
deaf, she seems to love life more each day. Pennie has high energy and likes to run around and
play. She absolutely loves people and is great with other dogs. She
loves to give kisses and loves getting attention herself. Pennie is very smart, loving and deserves a great
home. Since Pennie has a lot of energy, she
will do best if adopted into an active environment. UPDATE: 1/14/2011 Pennie has completed her training and now understands the basic
signal commands. Pennie not only knows how to come, sit, lie down along with a
few other commands, but she has also exhibited a great temperament. She is
very submissive and great with dogs of all breeds and sizes. She is also
EXCELLENT with children of all ages! Pennie is a very happy and loving dog and has a lot to offer!
She is only one years old and has a lot of energy. She will need a home which
