Robyn came to CO
in April 2009 from a shelter is south Los Angeles, at approx
8-months of age. When Robyn arrived, we noticed she was deaf - the
rescues in CA did not realize she was deaf, so I'm pretty certain Robyn
was 'punished' by her previous people for not listening and probably
dumped. She's so intuitive, she anticipates and it's hard to believe
she can't hear, unless her head is turned away ... Robin
is very affectionate, crate trained and and is excellent on a leash. She
loves to play and romp with her friends!!
She is a
sweet, affectionate, gentle girl - she does well with other dogs, male or
female. She's a cuddle bug!! A very loving and Lovely girl!!! She does well with other dogs,
male or female. Robyn is very attentive and keeps her eyes on us,
awaiting any instruction. She gets all soft and flops on her belly
when she sees children. VERY GOOD GIRL!!!!
This outgoing gal
is completely deaf. She does pretty well with her buddy Shamrock, but
would be fine as an only dog or in a home with another mellow dog her size.

Denkai Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization comprised of 646
acres and caring for up to 250 animals on any given day.
Denkai's Adoption Center houses adoptable
dogs, cats, and horses. Many of these animals have special needs
whether physical or behavioral. They come to Denkai
for a second chance and to recover from abuses placed on them by
society.
At this
time, we have a few urgent pups, who need to
move to a foster or adoptive home as quickly as possible.
