What a beautiful boy!
Brenner is a 1 to 1.5 yr. old neutered Male Australian Shepherd
mix. He is 45-50 lbs., House trained, Current on all vaccinations. He has a super soft coat!
People love to touch him and he loves to be touched - especially belly
rubs. He is patient when being groomed. Brenner gets along with other
dogs he is acquainted with but may be leery of dogs he has not met. He
has not been around cats at this point. Brenner does have a limitation in
that he is hard of hearing or deaf. He has been trained in ASL signs
for sit , stay, come and look... He is very bright and a quick
learner... we are confident vibration collar training would be a success with
him. He is very visual and loves to see you at all times. Brenner is great with kids but
should be in a home with kids 10 and up, because his herding instinct is
activated by movement and he jumps up at the elbows with those he deems his
equals or younger when outside and in play. Deaf dogs also have a
harder time with children because they can’t always hear them coming
and so are more apt to be startled. Brenner is such a love bug! He
enjoys humans very much and loves to sit up against you as much as he
can. He also enjoys car rides, chewing kong toys, fetching a ball and
having you chase him in play. He is a happy guy who could bring a lot
of joy into your heart. |
