	Breed- Australian Shepherd Does this dog appear to be a mixed breed?- No Age- 4 Years Sex-  Male Altered?- No Color: White, merle Other Physical Information- Possibly blind and possibly deaf. Seems to follow movement but never focus's on object of movement Weight- 24.4 lbs Circumstance of impoundment- Stray Personality- Very sweet, wiggly and bouncy, adorable personality Cecil is with Mesa Co Animal Services in Grand Junction CO.  Staff doesn't feel that he is completely blind or deaf, although both are significantly impaired.  He has passed the temperament test. He is great with everyone. Very sweet, doesn't seem to have any issues other than the obvious. Update: 8/5/10 Cecil has been moved to Animal House Rescue in Fort Collins. He is still looking for a forever home. Per Foster mom: “He is doing good. He is not completely blind and can actually get around very well; he has not run into one thing since being here.  Also sees movement very well.  He is very sweet and loves other dogs.  He is a great size, more the size of a Sheltie at around 24 lbs. He is still settling in so is a little shy”
