Look at this gorgeous little
girl! Emma (A268441) is here at the Pasadena Humane Society and needs your help to find a special forever home. She
is deaf and needs a little extra help to get into a loving home.
Emma (A268441) is such a happy girl despite her disability. She loves nothing
more than to be petted and cuddled and to lie in the sunshine.
She is a very petite dog and is only 10 months old. She has the cutest
freckly nose and a very calm nature. She is good with other dogs, a little
unsure because she can’t hear, but playful and happy.
Other than her hearing problems she is healthy and copes very well with being
in the shelter.
She is a really sweet girl and we would love you to help us find her a
forever home.

Update 5/7/10
She went to
‘shelter school’ here at the Humane Society yesterday and did
really, really well! She knows sit and down and stay and responds so well to
the hand signals. She is very eager to please and is especially motivated
when treats are on offer!! She showed off her ‘stay’ in front of
the whole class and was the star of the show. Emma worked hard for the full
hour-long class and was so tired out that she was spotted sleeping like a baby in
her kennel after class!
