The shelter thinks I am about 2 years and 3 months old.
I am neutered.
I have been at the shelter since May 26, 2010.
Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:****I'M
DEAF*******I am a Lonely Heart, my adoption fee is only $35!***Deaf dog
training requires a major commitment and lots of patience. You will mostly be
communicating with your dog through hand signs. Before adopting PLEASE do
your research and find out if this dog is right for you!!
This beautiful girl was brought in by our wonderful EAMT's
because she was hit by a car. Just imagine wandering the streets of Phoenix trying to find your forever home and a family that will love you.
Let her tell you a little more about herself to see if I will be a good fit
into your household.....Have you ever been alone and scared? Sadly people
don't understand my breed because of what the news has made my breed. People
just pass you by because of your breed and don't take you out to play with
you cause they think that you're mean. Well I have news for you... I'm the
sweetest girl here!! Like they always say "Don't judge a book by it's cover." I will need some house training to make
me a better part of the family and would like a dog door so I can come and go
as I please. I will also need to learn what proper dog toys are; a couple of
my favorites are soft toys, ropes, and kongs filled
with tasty treats and peanut butter. I would also love to go for walks around
the block and maybe go to the dog park to meet new friends.
Before I go home it's REQUIRED a dog intro due to stiff posture and avoidance
and will need to monitored when feeding around dogs
and may need to feed separately. It's also REQUIRED that I go home with older
mature children due to me being deaf and because I am cautious around new
people. I am a Second Chance dog treated for Kennel Shelter Buddy at Campus. Recommended by Compassion Camper Devin
