	Hello! My name is “Ludwig”. I am approximately 7 months old, and I am deaf. I was brought into The Humane Society of Weld County on 07/20/2010 from Weld County Animal Control. We are not quite sure what breed I am, but I am cute as heck! (Maybe Border collie/ shepherd mix.) The staff at HSWC was hoping to transfer me to your very special rescue, rather than see me sit here and be passed by the patrons as they do for special needs animals. Can you help?
