Age/Sex: 1 yr/Female

I have a white, female Jack Russell that is a year old and she is in need of love and constant attention which I am unable to provide due to my work schedule.  She is very protective, but she needs someone who can take up the time to teach her sign language. She's currently an indoor dog and I am not sure how she would adjust to the outdoors.  She loves everyone and is good with kids.

Do you know of anyone that is able to handle a dog with these kinds of special needs?
