This pup was give to one of our
volunteers after she found out that some friends were going to "take
care of her". After my first hug and she nestled into my neck I
wanted to do my best to help. Please forward along to anyone or group
that might be able to help find her a home.
Here are two pictures of Stevie. She is
about 8 weeks old, and probably an Aussie mix. She has been to the
vet and had the first distemper vaccination. We had a rough first night in
the crate, and after a relentless hour of panic, she did just fine out in
the room. She is very sweet, but will obviously need a patient family who
is willing to work with her. She does great with the other dogs, but
doesn't look for them all the time.
We are willing to foster as long as necessary, but if there is
someone who might be able to spend more time working with her, that would
be great too! Please feel free to pass along my contact info and I'd be
happy to answer any questions I can!
