Trouble

Trouble is a wonderful spunky, devoted, loving purebread Australian Cattle Dog who happens to be 100% deaf. She was found one day wandering the roads outside of Sterling, Colorado by a caring Highway Patrolman and ended up as one of ACDRC's first placement. Just 2 1/2 months old, lost in a world that she didn't understand. Some how she found her way to my family and me.

It didn't take but one minute to fall in love with her beautiful face, fun loving spirit, and bountiful energy! She was so alert and ready to take on the world, as most cattle dogs do at that age.

With constant companionship, and loads of patience a bond started between Trouble and I. Within moments she learned how to come, and sit....we had developed our own doggie sign language.

It's been five years now since Trouble came to live with us, and I can't imagine my life without her! She truly was a "Diamond in the rough", and a constant treasure in my life, she is my best friend!!
